The KS2 class for children in years 3, 4, 5 and 6 is situated in the newer building next door to the office.
We are very pleased to have a Sahara interactive touchscreen which was installed during the summer of 2013. This, and the large-screen PC use up-to-date teaching resources with the latest IT technology. There are also eight curriculum computers in here.
Patio doors lead onto the covered, fenced outdoor learning area which in turn leads onto the field.
Each lunch-time the KS2 classroom, with the addition of a table or two, becomes our dining room.
Pupils in Reception, year one and two are in the KS1 class based in the older building along with Biggin pre-school.
There are three curriculum computers in here which are used daily along with the interactive whiteboard. The piano and a Coomber both of which are used mainly during our daily Collective Worship in this room.
The entrance porch houses a small ‘trough’ sink for water activities, the refurbished toilets and rear emergency exit are accessed through this classroom
